Nvidia is in the process of merging its older software tools into a single, unified app. The latest beta version introduces several new features aimed at improving user experience.
One of the key additions is a dedicated display settings section. Users can now adjust resolution, refresh rate, and orientation directly within the app, simplifying monitor management.
The app also offers enhanced video capabilities. RTX Video Super Resolution, which upscales low-resolution videos, can now be controlled and adjusted. Furthermore, RTX Video HDR allows users to convert standard dynamic range (SDR) content to high dynamic range (HDR) with customizable settings like brightness, contrast, and saturation.
To provide more detailed performance information, Nvidia has updated its statistics overlay. Users can now track 1% low frame rates in addition to other metrics like CPU usage and GPU information.
These new features, combined with previously introduced one-click GPU tuning, are part of Nvidia’s ongoing efforts to create a comprehensive and user-friendly software solution for its graphics cards.
